Greenstone Carbon Management provides carbon measurement and management advice. They were leaving the premises they shared with the sister company but there was only one inbound number and outbound calls from Greenstone displayed the sister company number.
Greenstone Carbon chose a hosted IP solution, Communicator. This provides the ability to “segment” the system and means both companies have different numbers. Communicator also offers a number of call handling features and, as a hosted service, the up-front capex is minimised.
