The Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association (SSAFA) provides care services to 50,000 people a year. The SSAFA has a high level of international calls and was also unsure where many of their lines were located or what they were used for.
Uniworld ceased the unused lines and reduced the number of international calls.
A number of calls to international numbers were barred and reporting processes were implemented.
Uniworld also provided ISDN lines and a new 0845 number.
