Uniworld wins award from major retailer

Uniworld Communications is delighted to announce it has won an award for customer service from major high street retailer Timpson.

The Professional Advisor Award for 2008 is given to the best supplier to Timpson and was presented to Robert Jones, Uniworld’s Account Manager for Timpson, during a supplier award ceremony.

The award was presented to Robert and Uniworld for the excellent and professional service provided. Uniworld recently helped save nearly £17,000 a year by cutting a number of redundant lines and has supported Timpson with a number of important projects including their acquisition of 62 Persil stores. The Uniworld team helped us to get the lines up and running smoothly and saved money by quickly rationalising the lines.

Timpson is a major high street name with over 550 outlets in the UK and Ireland and a turnover of more than £100m. The retailer, which has its HQ in Manchester, is currently developing new service areas such as locksmiths, jewellery repair and alterations on clothing.
