Uniworld has launched a company wide training scheme to continue to improve the business and its customer service. The NVQ programme is helping staff gain a range of nationally recognised qualifications in Customer Service, ITQ and Leadership. The training is being delivered over the next two years through the Governments’ Train to Gain scheme and the courses are being provided by local training provider PETA. Simon Carmichael, Head of Customer Management at Uniworld, said “Our customer service is essential to the success of our business. Our training scheme will greatly benefit our dealer channel, end users, employees and Uniworld itself.” Simon added “Our service ethos is a key factor in our excellent customer retention rate of more than 98% and it’s central to our business strategy.” |
